If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online or in-store, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded. Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return. Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase.
We will not refund shipping costs or cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.

If the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We are happy to offer a store credit or refund if you happen to purchase an item which is faulty.
If you are able to bring the faulty product into the store please do so, if not please re-package it in its packaging, and we will email you a postage label to attach to it so you can send it back.
We have a 7-day time limit from pick up or delivery, so please check all of your items as soon as possible.
